We are an independent retailer and reseller, not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro or the other brand owners whose products we offer. Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies the products and does not imply an official partnership or authorised-retailer appointment.
Product information and images
Each listing describes the product, edition, language, finish, condition and quantity included. Original mascots, AI-generated artwork and decorative illustrations are not photographs of the product or its contents. Listings without a product photograph are marked accordingly. Please contact us before purchasing if any detail is unclear. We remain responsible for supplying goods that conform to the agreed description.
Sealed products and random contents
Products described as factory-sealed are supplied in their original sealed packaging. For randomised products, particular cards, rarities, pulls and resale values are not guaranteed unless expressly included in the listing. This does not exclude remedies for missing advertised contents, manufacturing defects or misdescribed goods. Please contact us about a product issue; manufacturer assistance may be considered without replacing your rights against us.
Prices and availability
Prices are in Singapore dollars. We are not GST-registered and do not charge GST. Delivery charges and eligible discounts are shown before payment. Adding an item to a bag does not reserve stock. If a material listing error or supply problem affects a paid order, we will contact you to resolve it; we will not impose an additional charge or substitute a different product without your agreement.
Pre-orders, delivery and returns
Arrival dates are estimates. Delivery, MRT collection, customer-requested cancellations and returns are governed by our Store Policies. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. This does not remove remedies for faulty, damaged, missing or misdescribed goods, failure to supply, or other remedies required by law.
Your rights
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or restricts consumer rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Singapore law. Mandatory legal rights take precedence over inconsistent store wording.
